Es una propuesta performance-sesión colectiva en forma de oráculo que Amador Alina Folini y Ana Rita Teodoro iniciaron en el ámbito de la red Terra Batida en 2020. En este oráculo de participación colectiva, una pregunta es colocada a una fruta, verdura, raíz o vegetal comestible, para relacionarla con sus historias. El objetivo no se centra en adivinar el futuro, sino en la atenta observación del ser vegetal y su conocimiento, en relación a la pregunta.
A partir de la lectura de sus fuerzas, colores, texturas, sabores, olores, propiedades curativas o tóxicas, territorios donde crecen, formas de cultivo, etc… el oráculo propone un cambio de protagonismo. Y a través de la sensorialidad, la conversación, la especulación y, en ocasiones, incluso, la incorporación colectiva, crear un encuentro con el ser vegetal y escuchar sus perspectivas y respuestas a nuestras preguntas.

READING OF VEGETAL BEINGS is an artistic proposal in the form of an oracle that Alina Ruiz Folini and Ana Rita Teodoro started within the scope of the Terra Batida network in 2020.
In this collective oracle, a question is posed to a fruit, root or vegetable, in order to relate to their stories. The objective is not focused on guessing the future, but on the attentive observation of the plant being and its knowledge in relation to the question.
Based on the reading of strengths, colors, peels, flavors, smells, healing or toxic properties, territories where they grow, ways of cultivation, etc… the oracle proposes a shift in protagonism. And through sensoriality, conversation, speculation, and sometimes even collective incorporation, create an encounter with the plant being and listen to its perspectives and answers to our questions.
